Buying cookware: if you had to do it all over again...?

damiano | Dec 3, 201712:40 AM     108

What would you have done differently?

Please share here how you would build up a new cookware collection using the wisdom you have now.

Mention whatever you'd buy again if you had to, be it that expensive self-basting Staub bouillabaisse pan, or an Instant Pot, or vintage copper, or have you come to the conclusion cheaper pans work just fine for you? Please also mention if you cook on gas/induction etc and what kind of food you like to cook.

I hope this thread can be a help for new people/new cooks coming here and asking for advice. Hopefully they don't have to make the same costly mistakes a lot of us have made. Thanks!
