Buying authentic Middle Eastern hummus in Chicago

Hi all,
We just came back from a trip to NYC, where we had an great dinner at Persepolis (the complexity behind their sour cherry rice could fill a paragraph). Even though they were a Persian restaurant, they had incredibly fresh-tasting homemade hummus, with strong sesame tahini flavor and velvet smoothness.

Does anyone know of a grocer in Chicago that carries fresh hummus that comes close to restaurant quality? I'm thinking specifically of the Sabra brand, which was profiled in the December Nutrition Alert newsletter. No, Cedar or Tribe don't count. They don't use enough olive oil or tahini to make a difference.
