[Burritos, Chipotle] Start a Tex-Mex Restaurant

Hi,
I am a Korean guy who is thinking of starting a Tex-Mex restaurant in Korea with a concept like Chipotle, Moe`s, or some Mission burrito eateries.

The thing is I don`t have any cooking experiences. Could you recommend me some good cooking classes in the States or Mexico?

Actually I wanted to work for a fast casual Mexican restaurant in the States. However, with the issue of working visa, I realized it would be very hard to get a job at a Mexican restaurant (though I still Want To)

So I am thinking of sing up for cooking classes in the States or Mexico where I can learn all techniques for nice burritos, tacos and enchiladas. I hope to find a chance in the States since Americanized Mexican foods would be popular here in Korea.

Q1. What is the best way to learn Mexican cooking techniques to start a Cal-Mex or Tex-Mex restaurant in Korea?

Q2. Could you recommend me some good cooking classes in the States or Mexico?
