I nominate the Canebrake Kitchen in Wagoner for this title. The food is always excellent, the setting is relaxing, the service has gotten much better over time. There is a little mixed item buffet to start with a carving station, this past Sunday they had pork roast, ham and smoked brisket. There is always fresh salads and vegetables, they have a fresh herb gravy for the biscuits. Then on the kitchen bar is is usually a smoked fish spread, a side of smoked salmon, this past week there was a delicious vichyssoise. You order your omelet or your eggs benedict made to order at the kitchen counter and they bring it to you. Desserts have really improved recently with nice individual items as well as full sized cakes.
From what I hear Kilkenny's is closed so the Irish Breakfast brunch option is no longer available.
