My wife and I will be touring in Brittany in September. We recognize that Brittany is not a foodie mecca, but, all things being equal, we like to eat better than average whenever possible. Due to our non-overlapping food preferences, allergies, and dislikes, a tasting menu is not a good idea, nor is a very limited choice carte. We will be driving near Vannes and Saint-Malo and undetermined locations in between. With these things in mind, are there any recommendations of restaurants to look out for or seek out? We cannot live on crepes and oysters alone.
