Breakfast near LAX? (and arghh...it's father's day)

Help: I am sort of stuck thinking this one out: All the family converging on LA for daughter's graduation, and mostly staying at or near LAX, where hotels are cheaper than Westwood. So, it would be nice to have a place to catch up with the San Diego contingent of the family before going home on Sunday...

and, yes, I know, Pann's, which I love, but the issue is that there will be somewhere between 4 and 10 of us, it will be Father's Day, and we won't get an early start and many of us will need to get to the airport by around 11 am while the rest will want to hit the 405 South before too late....I think (?) Pann's takes reservations but am just not sure how many people to count on, and am a little worried it will be too slow, too crazy crowded and noisy, and not to the taste of someof the folks...(at least one vegetarian in the group, and possibly two kids). Is Pann's my best option?

Hubby and I and son are staying at the Sheraton Gateway, but I imagine their breakfast may be an expensive buffet that day...any other thoughts? Are any of the other LAX hotels good for breakfast? Should I demand that my relatives commit as to whether they will join us or not (so I can see about a reservation at Pann's)? Or, given that it is Father's Day should I assume everything will be crazy and crowded/noisy and just skip breakfast and find a good bakery to get some goodies for the plane trip home?

I noticed that Paco's Tacos on Centinela serves breakfast. Has anyone tried it?
