I'm taking a much needed vacation and need a breakfast recommendation for a Thursday morning.

Some things:

-I live in Wicker Park, but am willing to drive just about anywhere.

-I'll be dining solo, so would prefer a place that doesn't have a high, fast turnover (though it will be a week day when I go).

-My ideal breakfast meal would have a little bit of everything: omelettes, toast/bagel/English muffin, sausage, pancakes, etc.

-Per above: I'm not look for anything "light"...I'd like a good hearty breakfast. And I mean, breakfast, NOT brunch.

-I'd love a great cup of coffee.

-I've already been to: Pauline's, Orange with a Peel, Bongo Room, Earwax, M. Henry, Toast, Pick Me Up Cafe, Clark's, Nookie's, Sweet Maple Cafe, and Le Peep. I'm sure I'm missing a few.

Anyway, any suggestions on some of your all-time favorite breakfast places (and what you like to order) is greatly appreciated.
