I'm considering buying another bread machine. I used my old one primarily for mixing & proofing, since the bread it baked inside the machine was inferior.
Can anyone attest to baking bread inside the machine, as opposed to using it for mixing and proofing the dough? Most of the older threads talk about the Zojirushi, but there weren't many comments from people who were using it to bake. I'm a little reluctant to pay $200 unless it makes a decent loaf inside the machine.
Can anyone comment on the Panasonic machines and the loaves you can bake in the machine? It's about half the price, and the Amazon comments seem generally favorable.
