Bouley sued for insurance fraud

Caseophile | Nov 14, 2003 10:12 AM

According to the New York Post, David Bouley is being sued by his insurance company, which paid $350,000 for post-9/11 damage to his restaurants, as well for as lost business. The suit alleges that Bouley, in his damage claims, hid the fact that he was paid $5.8 million by the Red Cross for supplying meals to rescue workers at Ground Zero.

I have no particular comment on this development. I just thought I'd pass it along. I think the story in the print version of the Post may be a little longer than the online version.
