I bought some Gray Sea Salt with Herbs de Provence at Williams Sonoma today...

also some of their Herbs de Provence, which I love. How do you use these herbs in your cooking? I usually have just sprinkled them on chicken and baked them, but I know that there are fantastic things to do with them. Thanks! Dawn
