Boston cassoulet watch 2019-2020

youngho | Oct 10, 201907:39 PM     2

I enjoy cassoulet. Unfortunately, it seems like there's been a dramatic reduction in the number of offerings in the Boston area over the last 15 years. I was happy to see that the new Rochambeau, with its chefs from Brasserie Jo and Westbridge, is currently offering cassoulet on Sundays. Unfortunately, I won't be able to make this Sunday, but I hope to do so in the near future. I am hoping that other Chowhounds will be able to update this post with any reviews and new cassoulet sightings in the Boston area over the next 4-6 months. Thanks!
