Just had to post about this great dish I had yesterday at Oriental Pearl Seafood, 103 Mott St. A friend rec. it to us. It's a huge T-bone steak served sliced but still maintains the shape of a T-bone. It's deep fried, I'm not sure what the name of the sauce they serve it in, but it was similar to oyster like sauce w/ hint of Worcestershire, maybe XO?, (but... I've never had XO knowingly, just seems like this sauce may have been it...). My friend and I woke up this morning thinking about this steak. It was so good!
