Bone marrow at Bizou

Stanley Stephan | Jan 27, 200306:04 PM

There were posts about restaurants serving bone marrow a while ago. Bizou is currently serving an appetizer with bone marrow which quite a few people seemed to like. I was there for the duck liver confit which turned out to be as delicious as it looked.

They also had some sort of carpaccio that some of the regulars were swooning over. So if you stop by Bizou for DAT you might want to supplement the menu with one of the above. Sorry, I'm not clearer about the other dishes, but I was focused on that confit.
