Bob-B-Q's in Shrub Oak Review

We got the St. Louie ribs that were dry-rubbed and then mopped. That was the smallest rack of ribs I have ever seen, the pigs must be stunted in growth. They were wayyyyy too smokey and dry and overcooked. The whole chicken was very very dry too.

For sides we got:

baked beans (good if not too thick)
potatoe salad was delicious
cole slaw was ok
creamed spinach was too salty
I didn't try the corn muffins

I am not a fussy eater but it irked me to spend $60 on bad take-out. We shpuld have gotten take out from the diner like I wanted.

We will not try again.
