Bistro fillet, what is it, what to do?

I bought 2 bistro fillets because they were on sale. They're like skinny little tri-tips, but I believe that though lean they are more tender than tri-tip. I think they're usually broiled or grilled, but they are not shaped like steaks.

Anybody know what to do with these?
