Berkshire pork loin chops - how to make them shine?

Not sure it's necessary to brine them, as they are nicely marbled. Also don't want to overpower what I am hoping to be a good porky flavor.

Plan is to pan-fry..... should I just stick to s&p or can you recommend a nice rub / spice mix to really bring out the porkiness of these suckers?
