Oh God, I love this place. I'm always sceptical of Peking Duck and am very picky... thin fat layer, crispy fragrant skin, thin pancakes, and a good soup. I finally tried this place and I will definitely be back. Got there around 6 last night and it was still quiet, but by 7PM, there was a line out the door. Note: you have to pre-order the duck a day or two in advance.

We didn't pre-order but when they said they had none, we said we'd come back another day and miraculously, they pulled up one of the rserves. The duck "chef" is from China and is from a duck house in Beijing - Beijing Ya Wang ("Duck King").

We only ordered a few things:
1) Wok-fried Pea Shoots - well cooked, a bit salty, but overall a nice rendition. Nothing extraordinary, but needed some veggie to justify the meal.
2) Ja Jaing Mian - everyone was getting this. I did not like the taste at all. Found it offputting and much prefer the Korean version you can get at places at Ton Soon Garden.
3) The Duck - wow. The entire duck is wheeled out and carved tableside. 2 moderate sized plates of perfectly rendered duck skin, most with a thin layer of fat. some had ample duck meat, others were pure skin, so you could pick and choose. I also asked for the duck neck, which is my favorite - basically a mix of neck meat and crispy duck skin. Next time, I'l ask for the legs / wings and the butt. What blew me away was the pancakes - these are by far the best i've ever had. Impossibly thin, yet with a gluten content that allowed it to stretch and hold together even when packed full. The duck was smoky and fragrant and I think the sauce was homemade as it was thicker / chunkier than I am used to.
4) Duck soup - standard - veggies,duck pieces and tofu in a simple soup. a nice way to end the meal.

There's a certain skill to getting duck right and very few peking duck places do, but this find made my day.
