I don't drink and know nothing about wines. I'd like to know a basic, everyday wine I can use for deglazing and for Italian pasta dishes that I can find in neighborhood grocery stores. I've looked and saw big jug of "table wine" and I've read in Google that Chiati is the one. I've read that there's sweet and dry wine. I don't want to be a connoisseur but a little knowledge is nice. Please advise and thanks!
