i just had drinks at APT in the meat packing district. i've always liked this place for drinks because of it's beautiful decor and lovely service, but i had never sampled the menu. today i tried the dipalo prosciutto on sullivan street ciabatta with a tomat and garlic rub(superb!)i also sampled the wonderful foie gras and perfectly balanced tuna and salmon tartare . excellent wines like the savigny-les-beaune 98 and the meursalt, domaine ballot-millot 97 are also available. i don't know how we've missed this place, it's wonderful!
