Bake & Broil-breakfast

Went there this morning with my roomie.
She had the cinnamon roll french toast...very cinnamony in every bite.
I ordered the country breakfast with biscuits and gravy, sausages, egges over easy and incredible hash browns. The biscuits and gravy were perfect. The biscuits were fluffy and had just the right amount of gravy, which was the quite flavorful (the best buscuits and gravy I have had yet). The sausages were huge with just the right amount of spices and they give you 2! Now, the hash browns were really interesting. They appeared to be sliced, like on a mandolin, and then chopped with peppers and onions. I asked for a side of salsa, which I always put on my eggs and hash browns. Their salsa was also fresh and I assume house made.
I cannot wait to go back and try something else. They have a menu board with daily specials. I watched as someone received their order of fresh blackberry pancakes and was envious.
