What do you use to bake brie?

VFish | Nov 23, 202111:05 AM     7

I was in Home Goods a couple weeks ago and they had a "brie baker" with a lid and a little wooden spatula for serving. It was some kind of stoneware with a cardinal knob on top but it seemed too big all over and wasn't DW safe and I decided I wanted something more versatile for storage.

My brie is usually an 8 oz, not a big one because not everyone eats it. Sometimes I add a filling inside and bake it.

I found the other night at another Home Goods a small porcelain round baker. It just fits an 8 oz brie. I'm thinking I would need more room, though, no room there for expansion or bubbling.

I've used this old small Corningware casserole in the past for brie, the porcelain baker is much like it but shallower.

I'm thinking of something like a small round porcelain au gratin or small glass pie dish with a little flare to its side it for easier serving but not too shallow.

Considering this Anchor Hocking if I can't find anything porcelain.

So, I wondered what anyone here uses to bake brie and serve from the same dish?
