Badami Naan - Peeled Cantelope Seeds

A friend and I shared a Badami Naan on Wednesday at an Indian Restaurant. The description said: Leavened bread topped with almonds, poppy seeds and hand-peeled cantelope seeds.

I've never had anything with hand-peeled cantelope seeds before, and while it wasn't particularly tasty, it got me wondering....What else could I do with hand-peeled cantelope seeds if I wanted to sit in my kitchen and hand-peel them?
