Upon recently trying to save a little money by "cooking" at home more often, I have rediscovered the joys of Bisquick. Wow, how much you can make from that one beautiful box! I know there is nutritional information on the side of the box, and I know there is a low-fat version, but my love for this product is trumping my common sense. I was wondering if health-savvy Chowhounds out there could weigh in on this--just HOW bad is Bisquick for me? Am I going to overload on fat and cholesterol if I start making pancakes, Impossible Chicken Pot Pie and other Bisquick recipes staples of my diet?
