So I took a vacation and did all the checklist stuff ahead of time knowing full well that you always forget something. Well this time, it was a 12-pack of beer in my garage that has become frozen.
Rather than toss it, just wondering if there are some good recipe ideas for me to go through what will eventually be flat beer.
I'm thinking a bottle will do me for a meal of mussels. Maybe some braised pork but I'm open to suggestions.
Thanks id advance. BTW, the beer is an IPA, not terribly hoppy decent bitterness.
