authentic Kuo Teh (potstickers) ?

Han Lukito | Aug 8, 2001 11:20 AM

anyone knows a good restaurant that has kuo teh(potstickers) that i had in indonesia ? they are different from the regular potstickers here in u.s. they are much much better taste although a bit expensive. let me described the kuo teh so you have some idea.

indonesia united states
size small large
appearance browned browned

also, when eaten, the inside has a lot of juices compared to the one in the states.

i think they come from shandong area in china. the restaurants there usually has the cold meat cuts (simmered meats) and hot & sour soup that is out of this world.

maybe it does not exist here in u.s. but just in case some of you chinese knows. thanks
