Authentic Cantonese BBQ pork Chau mein

kennyrayandersen | Oct 9, 201810:13 PM     15

I lived in Hong Kong for two years. Lived in Seattle and then LA. I know good Chinese food. In Seattle and LA you can get quite good Cantonese quisine, but in TX it's much tougher! My wife's birthday is coming up and her favorite dish is Cha siu Chau mein Hong Kong style. An I going to have to take her to Houston? I can't seem to find a place that actually knows how to make it. First Chinese BBQ isn't even close. Hong Kong Royale did it years ago as did Arc an Ciel in Arlington. It's really good to be authentic or I'm driving to Houston! Help!
