August 2021 Cookbook of the Month NOMINATIONS

Caitlin McGrath | Jul 11, 202104:48 PM     53

Hard as it may seem to believe given the sleepy pace of the month so far, it’s time for us to begin our consideration of which books we’d like to cook from together as a community in August 2021. What is your pleasure for the month when many of us will have best access to summer produce? Let us know with your nominations below.

For a record of all prior COTMs, please check out the indispensable COTM Archive: https://www.chowhound.com/cookbook_of...

•HOW TO NOMINATE: Please type the name of the book (or website) you are nominating in ALL CAPS for easy recognition. (If you’re discussing, rather than nominating, a title please use standard capitalization to avoid confusion.) You may nominate as many books as you like.
•PLEASE NOTE: We welcome participation and love to have new faces join us, but for fairness's sake, we don’t allow nominations or votes for authors or titles with which you have a personal connection or relationship.
•NOMINATIONS WILL CLOSE on SUNDAY, JULY 18 at 4 PM EDT/1 PM PDT.

There’s still plenty of time left to cook from July's exploration of Nik Sharma's recipes: https://www.chowhound.com/post/july-2...
…and to explore David Lebovitz’s cocktails: https://www.chowhound.com/post/summer...
