In the azabu area
Went there a few weeks ago and was very memorable but forgot to write about it earlier.
I would call the restaurant a type of French fusion brasserie.
You walk in and you get a feel of a tapas restaurant. A huge circular raised counter seating surrounding the kitchen.
The food is french brasserie style but with charcuterie items like in an italian restaurant and they go by small plates like a tapas.
They specialize in seasonal vegetables done in many interesting techniques.
I was most impressed with a reduction of french onion soup. The flavors were so concentrated and so rich.
