Heard a review this a.m. on my way to work on WQXR by Asimov, but was having trouble concentrating. I live in a state that allows people to drive and hold cell phones, and dodging them is an absorbing task. He was talking about corn and its use in one particular Latin American cuisine, specifically as a wrap. It wasn't a taco, and empanada, pupusa, tortilla or arepa.
Anyone know what it was? It's not posted on the NYTimes site that I can discover.
