I've had a number of people tell me, the following:

"You know, you can tell if a [Insert Asian Country] place is good by the amount of [Insert Asian Country] clientelle."

Now on it's face, it sounds logical, if not vaugely descriminitory. But if you follow the logic, Denny's, Stuckey's Pizza, and the Waffle House must be meccas of American Cuisine because the amount of Americans that eat there.

Is this a true statement? I would like to know what others think of this. I also apologize if this whole posting offends anyone. I am trying to get to the truth of a culinary stereotype.
