Ginger glazed beef brisket with lotus root
Hot n' sour matzoh ball soup
Yukon gold potato kugel with Chinese mustard mayonnaise

Interesting tip: To cut the time in half for any braise, wash and peel a pineapple and add half to the pot. The enzymes tenderize the meat quickly.
