so i managed to score a table at arzak for an upcoming trip to spain this may. just wondering if anyone who has been there can provide some additional information. i read about this place in bourdain's cook's tour, and also saw on his tv show. seems like an amazing meal.
just wondering if one has to order the tasting menu when you go there. is that all that's offered?
for me it's no problem. i definitely want the tasting menu. but i'm a bit concerned for my girlfriend as she does not eat any seafood. does anyone know if it would be possible to order a tasting menu without seafood?
or is there an a la carte menu?
