Ok, now we know where to get our less than perfect bagels in the bay area.
Does anyone make good cream cheese?
I'm a little annoyed with all the artesian cheese makers, no one seems to make cream cheese.
When I lived in Cambridge, Mass, there was this one restaurant that had this extrodinary cream cheese that they trucked in daily from the Pennsylvania Dutch area. I have never found a cream cheese to match that one, but I keep looking.
