We went to the orchards picking a couple weeks ago, and now have of course, too many apples. Have been eating them straight, with cheese, and have done pancakes and desserts. I don't want to juice them because we also bought 2 gallons of cider. I'm all dessert-ed out, and there are only so many ways to combine apples, butter, sugar, and flour.
Does anyone have ideas for great savory apple recipes? Nothing with nuts please. Thanks!
