Antonio's in the Bronx serves a good pizza...

The new Antonio's Trattoria on Belmont Ave. in the Bronx, near Arthur Ave., serves a really good thin-crusted pizza in two sizes (actually 3 if you want a 'king size' but you have to specially request it)...Last night I brought home the Arugulata, topped with fresh mozzarella, arugula, prosciutto di parma with shavings of pecorino romano...and I was in pizza heaven! Have also tried the Pizza Bianco, with ricotta and mozzarella; as well as the classic Margarita, with fresh mozzarella, plum tomatoes and basil. Other Italian-American specialties are fine too, like their braised Short Ribs Toscano and Osso Buco, when available as a daily special...pleasant contemporary atmosphere...they are the new kid on the block right in 'Dion' territory...
