I got take-out lunch from the new Indian place on Rantoul St. The staff couldn't have been nicer, and gave me soup and dessert with my order of pakoras, garlic nan, and chicken tiki masala. The pakoras were fresh and not at all greasy (I'm used to the Punjabi Dhaba grease bombs)-with a very nice cilantro/yogurt sauce for dipping. The chicken cubes were nice pieces of breast, and the garlic naan had more herbs, garlic and flavor than Passage to India's.
Medium was not very spicy, and even the onion relish didn't add a lot of heat. I will definitely return to try hotter entrees, and the chatt. If anyone wants to set up a hound meal - either lunch or dinner, please email me.
