I went to my fishmonger and bought a half-pound of King Copper River salmon. For anyone not in the know, Copper River salmon is only available for a few weeks a year, but it is really amazing.
Anyway, it was $30/lb. but totally worth it. We sliced it thin and had it with some sushi rice, soy sauce/wasabi dipping sauce, and a little soup. AMAZING MEAL.
Before you eat fish raw make sure you know what you are getting, but WOW.
