In the never ending quest for a great, old school pizza slice, I ran across Alfie's in Queens. Great slice (most likely since Alfie was sitting there watching the pizzas get made). If you travel for good pizza, try them.

But forget about the toppings (canned mushrooms...blech) the heros (nothing special) and the calzone (again, nothing special). Just the plan slice.
