I made them last night for my friends, as I told you I was planning. They came out just great. I had the "batter" ready to go by the time they go here, put them in the steamer, poured a drink, and we were eating shortly.
It was the perfect last minute meal for some Asian food lovers.
Thanks again, and to fellow hounds, I highly recommend.
