Anyone else been to this place on 14 Mott in Chinatown? I was there 2 months ago, more tired than hungry, but mostly curious. They use what they call Prime Rib soup base for all the noodle soup dishes. It's founded by a Japanese man in Taiwan.
I tried their Tenderous Ribs Noodle Soup, described as "Noodle soup topped w/Steamed Gristly Ribs". (Is tenderous a word, really?) The name sounds awful but it actually made me feel nourished and ready to face the Chinatown jam again.
