My wife just bought a new air fryer. It's supposedly a healthier way of frying food than traditional deep fat/oil frying. I tried cooking batter-coated cod fish. The result? The batter was not crisp. Was leathery. The cod fish, however, was moist and perfect. Better than when I bake the cod fish in our oven. I would love to know what experiences you might have had with an air fryer.
