Afghan food

I ate at Ariana recently (123 Chestnut) and it was excellent. We started off with sambosas, and they were served with a green lentil and cilantro sauce which was amazing. Unfortunately, due to the US's current relationship with Afghanistan, Afghan cooking isn't very much in vogue and it's been very difficult to find a comparable recipe. Does anyone have any idea where I might find that recipe or have any suggestions for cookbooks that would contain that sort of thing? Thanks.
