Looking for opinions about which of these advanced prep methods would work out best. The stuffing will be relatively simple, mushroom onion celery and bread w/ chicken broth and bell's seasoning.
Option 1: Cook completely, and reheat on thanksgiving day.
Option 2: Assemble completely, and put in oven to cook on TD.
Option 3: Saute all veggies day before, store in a Tupperware and prepare and cook TD.
If none of the above, why? Thanks all.
