Additional charges that seem unjustified that the establishment might think twice about

papahills | Mar 21, 201505:31 PM

I recently went into a deli in NYC and order a sandwich and asked to have a slice of pickle with the sandwich. The reply from the counter man was " there is a fifty cent charge for a pickle slice . I said for a spear which is a quarter of pickle. He replied "yes". I decided not to have the pickle with my lunch on principle.
What additional charges have you seen or incurred at a restaurant/ deli that you felt the restaurant should have not charged to your bill.
