I'm making a hearty soup with chicken broth carrots, black beans, pinto beans, Italian turkey sausage, TJ's Harvest Grain Blend (Israeli couscous, orzo, baby garbanzo beans and red quinoa). There's supposed to be escarole in the soup but I couldn't find it. I'm adding spinach as I really don't appreciate kale. Should I add the spinach for the last 10 minutes or so, or can I throw it in earlier. Thanks in advance.
