Can anyone with an AC 4-quart braiser and/or the 6-quart French braiser post the diameter of the flat surface on the bottom? I love my AC 3-quart sauté pan, use it for everything, but it's too small for a dinners-for-5. Looking at getting the 6-qt, but the size and handle make it hard to store and handle. I don't have a braiser, so thought that might be a more versatile addition, but I really need the "floor space" when browning lots of chicken or other things. I want to replace the 13" diameter electric skillet that has seen better days, too.
