A16 vs Isa vs Frisson -any opinion? Good bakery in Folsom

cc | Sep 2, 200407:44 PM     10

I am looking to try some new restaurants tomorrow night and have narrowed the choices to 3 - A16, Isa and Frisson (even though I probably cant get reservations in any of the 3). However, any info would still be good for future reference.

I am looking for good food and good romantic atmosphere. Thank you for all your comments in advance.

As a side note, I went to the city of Folsom last weekend to pick up a new bike and found a great upscale deli. I think it is called Katie or Kathy bakery and catering. Great pastry, good omelete. They appeared to use heirloom tomatoes and niman ranch sausages. I was in a hurry so I didn't stop and ask.
