I've been once to the new 96 union and was impressed with the salads, above all else. They've also got the best deck in town, so as summer gets going, I'm wondering about other impressions: have you been? what did you think?
For perfectly fried, mozzarella Arancini, dip a rice ball into flour and shake off any excess. Dip floured ball into egg, allowing any excess to drip off. Finish by coating completely in breadcrumbs. Repeat.
