Restaurants & Bars 5

6 nights in Paris

Staying in the Marais in the 3rd near the Chemin Vert metro stop. Goal is mostly to eat good food and preferably without spending a crazy amount. I can afford to splurge on one or two meals, but probably not getting to any 3 star spots. Setting and atmosphere is not as important as food but I'd like to get a representative Paris experience.

Here are the spots I've marked:

Restaurants/bistros:
Spring (I have a reservation)
Le Carre des Feuillants (for the 60 euro lunch, seems like a good deal)
Paul Bert
Chez Denise
Chez Georges
Cigale Recamier (is this where I should go for souffles?)
L'Ami Jean
L’Ambassade D’Auvergne
L’Ami Louis
Les Enfants Rouges
Clown Bar
Bones
Le Cinq Mars
Pramil
Comptoir des Canailles
La Chateaubriand
Les Deux Magots (location)
Cafe des Musees
Neva Cuisine
Mini Palais
Septime (worth it for lunch?)
Chez Jenny
L'Epigramme

Cafes:
Loustic
Telescope
Holybelly
Thank You, My Deer
Breizh Cafe (or Little Breizh)
Cuisine de Bar (for the tartines)
Le Bonaparte

Bakeries:
Poilane
134 RDT
Eric Kayser
Gosselin
Jean-Noel Julien
Le Pain Quotidien

Chocolate/drinking chocolate/pastries:
Angelina (seems a bit controversial, but I'd like to try it for myself)
Jacques Genin (It seems like the millefeuille at Jacques Genin is only available sometimes? How do I get it?)
Pierre Herme
La Maison Du Chocolat
L’Eclair de Genie
Berthillon
Popelini
Pain de Sucre
Atelier de l’Eclair

Markets (probably will only get to one, maybe two):
Maubert
Mouffetard
Raspail
Enfants Rouges

Still working on cheese spots.

Thanks in advance for any thoughts.
