30 person birthday party private room

NSL | Apr 2, 201909:47 AM     1

Good afternoon! I've been scouring the internet for the last couple days but I'm hoping for a little bit more targeted information. I'm planning my best friend's 45th birthday part the Saturday before Thanksgiving (11/16). We want to do a cocktail party with platters and hors d'oeuvres instead of a sit down dinner and a cash bar. Prefer someplace where cocktail attire wouldn't be too out of place. We're trying to keep our out of pocket expenses, room rental and food, down hence the cash bar. Our friends are big drinkers so hitting a food/bev minimum shouldn't be a problem if the minimum is under $2k. I'd love some suggestions. Must be metro/bus accessible or a quick Uber ride from a metro stop, prefer DC but northern VA is also OK. TYIA!
